Ed Burgon

VOCALS | GUITAR | PIANO | FOLK
Ed Burgon is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and performer with training and experience across multiple genres. A graduate from Newcastle University’s Folk and Traditional Music course, Ed’s primary passion is for traditional music and singing often accompanied with guitar. After spending five years in the Newcastle folk scene he then moved to London where he began experimenting with his other two loves, hip hop and synth pop, forming the group KYOTI with which he still performs. He is trained not only in folk singing, but also musical theatre, choral, and rock/pop styles.
